Company Description Preservation on Foreclosed properties Job Description HUD property condition inspector needed for the Starke, Baker, Western Putnam County, Gainsville area.
This is a sub contractor position so you must have the knowledge / experience using a generator to power the electrical and HVAC system should the power not be active at the property along with the knowledge / experience using an electric air compressor to pressure test the plumbing system for leaks should the water not be active at the property.
You also will need to have all of the needed and appropriate sized equipment to perform such tasks.
Must Have:
7500 Continuous Watt Generator Electric Air Compressor 100ft In Extension Cord / Pig Tails (Too hook the generator to the interior 220V outlet) Reliable Transportation General Tools (To secure hazards, change door knobs, etc.
) Digital Camera (Not your phone.
) Computer / Internet Will Discuss Insurance Requirements.
