Develop and maintain clinical records and program documentation according to contract and CHS standards (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, termination summaries, etc.
).
Generate and maintain necessary reports and paperwork in a timely manner (i.
e.
, Quality Assurance and program accounting/billing reports).
Complete billable units and enter applicable data into the Client Information System (CIS) and other data systems in a timely manner as required by the program and/or contract requirements.
Oversee the behavioral program or treatment interventions associated with the clients treatment plan.
Coordinate and supervise therapeutic family visitation, when necessary.
Review and monitor billing for clinical services.
Meet established program productivity goals while upholding the CHS standard of care.
Participate in the quality improvement process.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
All degrees must be from an accredited university.
Master's Degree in Human Services related field.
Two years of post-Bachelor degree experience working with at-risk children and families Please see Addendums maintained by Human resources and COA (Council on Accreditation) standards for specific skills and knowledge that pertain to the program in which the employee is working.
PREFERRED:
Minimum of one year of post Masters' experience Three years of experience dealing with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents SKILLS:
Ability to act decisively when necessary to protect client Ability to assess and apply proper intervention strategies Ability to learn computer skills sufficient to perform all essential functions Ability to travel and/or make home visits Ability to recognize importance of social, economic and environmental factors in the development and resolution of personal and family problems Ability to effectively interact with children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients Ability to work flexible hours as required Able to perform at a high level of autonomy or with minimal supervision Effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of community resources PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
