)Update / Create Excel Spreadsheets (enter in-house and temporary labor, enter journal entry information into journal entry log; create decal forms for capital equipment; create spreadsheets for accruals.

) Entries will need to be made into Project Costing in PeopleSoft.

) Open / Close projects in Project Costing.
5.
) Month end update Net Book Value reports with balances from General LedgerAssures that all Property, Plant and Equipment financial transactions are properly accounted for and reported in the financial statements or other reports, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other applicable regulations, and that sound internal controls are in existence which include determining and reporting the financial impact of specific transactions or programs.
Requirements Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
4 year Accounting degree, 1 to 3 years in PP&E Accounting preferred.
