PRN/Per Diem Description Progressive Care Unit (PCU) SPGH is committed to ensuring our patients have access to the highest levels of medical telemetry and progressive care available.
Our Progressive Care unit (PCU) is a 71-bed Medical Telemetry/Progressive Care and ICU step-down unit, offering exceptional care for the patients we serve.
Number of Beds:
71 Skill Mix:
RNs, LPNs, and Certified Nursing Assistants, Secretaries and Monitor Technicians Special Certifications Needed:
BLS, ACLS required through the American Heart Association Special Competencies/Skills Needed:
Past telemetry training course preferred with ability to demonstrate proficiency in rhythm interpretation Designated Charge Nurse on the day shift who DOES NOT take an assignment Complete computerized charting (Electronic Health Record) for patient assessment and care documentation Make excellence your goal by joining our family of hospitals.
