Porter (Valet/Greeter) Supervisor for Luxury Auto Dealership
Our growing company is seeking a hands-on, customer service focused leader to work with and supervise a team of employees at a High-Volume Automobile Dealership in the St.
Petersburg area.
This position is responsible for ensuring that customers who bring their vehicle for maintenance experience a prompt greeting and friendly/efficient service by the valet staff.
You and your team will be greeting customers arriving for service, parking/retrieving vehicles, driving the shuttle, etc.
This is a full-time position with lots of opportunity to grow! SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES:
-Uphold complete customer satisfaction of customers and client -Keep staffing levels within labor budget -Create employee schedules -Maintain and submit payroll weekly -Train new employees and ensure current employees maintain service standards -Handle customer/client issues and complaints SUMMARY OF JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-At least one year supervisory experience (preferably in customer service environment) -Professional Appearance -Basic computer skills -Clean Driving Record and Criminal History Click here to apply.
