Web Designer This role will be responsible for the general appearance of company websites and for generating and creating graphics using our logos for marketing materials and digital advertisements.
In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Working closely with fellow designers and project managers to conceptualize and produce dynamic designs - Planning and designing layouts and navigational structure for assigned projects - Developing innovative, elegant and highly usable design solutions - Performing design and usability testing functions as required - Working through projects from inception to posting:

- 3
years of experience in professional web application design experience - Bachelor or Master degree in Graphic/Web/Communication Designs - Strong proficiency in Creative Suite with an emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop, and Flash - A strong and clean visual design sense.
- User interface design experience - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - The ability to consistently produce high quality work and meet tight deadlines to complete assignments on time.
- Must possess a positive attitude, a great work ethic and an exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with HTML / CSS and familiarity with JavaScript preferred.
- Experience with responsive design and creating interfaces for mobile devices is preferred.
- Be able to work on PC based platform.
- A deep understanding of branding concepts and online marketing principles.
- Detailed understanding of marketing campaign pipelines including audience, call to action and purpose of each marketing project assigned.
- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, organize and manage time effectively.
