Company Description Job Description We are currently seeking a full time Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
Answer all phone calls and direct them to appropriate department in a clear and concise manner Process all new business in a timely manner, ensuring all forms are filled out completely and correctly Office management support to include overseeing agent calendars, basic IT responsibilities, managing inventory of office supplies and all marketing materials Continue to develop and manage relationships with new as well as an existing base of clients
Qualifications:
Must have a high-level of decision making, communication and problem solving skills Must have a working knowledge of MSOffice 2
years experience in the industry or general professional work experience Personal Attributes:
Strong Attention to Detail Excellent Customer Service Skills Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn New Skills Additional Information:
Starting Salary $30-35k depending on experience, including full benefits and generous PTO policy.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
