Job Description Our client is currently seeking a Telecom Exspense Analyst.
Assignment Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Reviews network telecommunications payables processed through internal systems o Understands telecommunications pricing and contracts o Assists manager with month end accruals for telecommunications expenses Minimum requirements:
o Must have 3
years of experience reviewing network telecommunications payables experience o Strong invoice review skills and industry knowledge o Bachelor's degree in Accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience JOB
Summary:
Reviews, audits, and pays network telecommunications invoices and assists with preparation of month end accruals for telecommunications expenses.
GENERAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
o Reviews network telecommunications payables processed through internal systems.
o Issues and tracks disputes with vendors as needed.
o Makes corrections to telecommunications billing to meet company policy.
o Understands telecommunications pricing and contracts.
o Assists manager with month end accruals for telecommunications expenses.
o Audits manual invoices.
o Performs invoice reviews with network managers.
o Collects data for various departments or management reports.
o Prepares monthly customer billing reports.
o Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
o Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles including the expense recognition process o Requires understanding of telecommunications industry including terminology o Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools as well as applications specific to financials and telecommunications billing systems/processes Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally Click here to apply.
