Warranty Services Representative
Company Description Job Description Key Result Areas:
Process all PrePay/Suspense Deposits to FileMaker for the Warranty Services department.
This task involves precise data entry, ensuring the deposit to FileMaker is entered to the correct builder account, for the correct amount and assigned to the correct certificate record to be applied.
The FileMaker deposit should also balance against the original Lawson Deposit from Cash Management.
The following tasks are performed in this position as needed:
Assembles In House Requires typing and PC use.
These responsibilities must be accomplished while maintaining quality, productivity, and time service standards.
Experience/ Required Skills:
HS/GED Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Type 55 wpm Excellent oral and written communication skills Customer service experience is desired Click here to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
