Job Description:
8-12 years' combined experience in software development, project management, and Agile/Scrum Required skills/
Experience:
Agile/Scrum experience, with at least 1 year in the Scrum Master role Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Meeting facilitation, consensus building and conflict resolution skills Key responsibilities include:
Lead teams in delivering functionality on time, within budget, and with high quality Facilitate Scrum meetings and remove obstacles Lead and mentor teams using Agile/Scrum practices and principles Support and educate Product Owners, especially in regard to developing, refining and managing the product backlog Assess teams on Agile maturity and coach them to higher levels of maturity through continuous retrospection and adaptation Foster an environment of high communication, collaboration and accountability Reflecting Agile/Scrum values to the team as a servant leader Function in a highly interactive, open environment Version One or similar tool experience Improving organizational processes Leading distributed teams Leading multiple, simultaneous projects Knowledge/experience with Agile technical practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, automated testing, pair programming CSM, CSP Click here to apply.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
