Our products have to do with purification and analysis of compressed gases.
We manufacture locally and distribute globally.

Qualifications &
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Financial & Staff Management or related field Expert knowledge of accounting practices, financial analysis, and capabilities Experience in manufacturing environment Essential Duties:
Assist the management team in developing:
realistic sales forecasts and goals, measuring actual performance vs projections, approves revisions to projections if so indicated strategic operating budgets forecasts for cash requirements in order to carry out estimated growth internal controls & audit procedures to ensure proper financial management Supervise corporate accounting & office personnel Train personnel Ensure that company policies are carried out and/or complied with Assure conveyance of staff communications, memos, policies, etc Manage (or perform as req'd) all financial activities, including:
Order-taking/invoicing Payroll activities, services, and employee files A/R and A/P.
Establish policies/procedures related to payment, billing, extending credit, & collections.
Accelerate cash receipts and control disbursements.
This includes managing needs of government sales, invoicing, and compliance.
Directly implement, maintain, and/or manage:
computerized accounting system.
This includes client, vendor, and product updates.
inventory controls, cost accounting, margins, and cost analysis banking & vendor relationships.
Negotiate/maintain lines of credit and agreements.
risk management.
Review all financial contracts and insurance policies.
Ensure that corporation has adequate liability and property insurance coverage.
ensure that all tax returns, financial reports, and registrations/licenses are filed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with external accountant and tax preparation supervise and train accounting staff and, as req'd, any other staff under your direction Click here to apply.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
