On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator - Football

POSITION
Responsibilities:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for an On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator to assist with on-campus recruiting.
Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing on-campus visits for prospective student-athletes and their families.
Works collaboratively with Creative Services on creative content to be used for the recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
Data entry, preparing electronic communications to recruits, and organization of recruiting materials are integral components of the position responsibilities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree One year of related experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledgeable of the college football recruiting process Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Docs, and recruiting software (ARMs, Whistle Recruiting, UC Report) Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and with high energy, intense personalities Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred
Qualifications:
Two years of experience in a professional or intercollegiate recruiting department

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
