Summary:
Provides counseling to parents to determine child care eligibility and provide resource and referral services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years experience in programs servicing low income families or related experience.
Counseling and or parent involvement strongly preferred.
Demonstrates knowledge of:
child care standards and child abuse reporting; various programs that provide financial assistance for early learning; skills, knowledge, and ability with internal and external policies and procedures; Standard Levels of Service.
Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal communications.
Excellent organizational skills.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
