This person will be responsible for all the following duties including but not limited to.
Managing the front desk, welcoming customers and overseeing other vital administrative tasks within the departments.
Answer phone calls in a polite, courteous and professional manner and to route all calls appropriately.
Great communication skills both on the phone and in person, strong work ethic and multi-tasking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a positive attitude.
Must have the ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Exceptional organizational and personal skills.
Must be able make good decisions, good listening skills and the ability to deal with a variety of people.
The ability to maintain a pleasant and positive attitude, even in difficult situations or with difficult customers.
Strong attention to detail and to meet tight deadlines, follow directions and learn quickly.
Provide high level clerical and administrative support for management for the various departments throughout the company.
Exceptional organizational and personal skills.
Main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service/ Call Center (Answering phones and scheduling service appointments) - Provide support to the Service Department; Coordinate and Dispatch (Dispatch the technicians to their jobs throughout the day) - Proficiency with FieldEdge Dispatch, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Education:
A high school diploma, or equivalent job experience, is necessary for this position.
Pay is based on experience.
This is a Part- time to Full-time position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
