POSITION
Summary:
  • Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for screening and diagnostic purposes in accordance with ALARA standards. Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develops, and organizes films.

    Qualifications/EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program.
    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
  • At least one year.
    LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
  • State of Florida HRS Licensure as a General Radiographer
  • ARRT Registration (R)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

SHIFTS: Days/ Nights
Must have experience - Must be an experienced ARRT (R) Certified X ray/ Rad Tech with at least 1 year of experience
On call YES - On call pay: $3
Must live within 30 MINS of the facility for call
