Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Summary:
We are seeking individuals to work part-time between the hours Monday through Friday for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Must have call center experience handling inbound and outbound phone inquiries. Discuss basic content of coverage with customers; be detail oriented. Assist customers with any questions they might have. Prepare faxes, E-mails, endorsements and other correspondence as requested by customers.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of Customer Service background and/or call center experience. Work history in insurance services or related service industry background is a plus. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to type 90 kpm with 90% accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. High level of attention to detail required. Job assessment test required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Possess a 4-40 license.
