Assists carpenters or maintenance mechanics in repair and construction of landscape structures, forms for concrete sidewalks, headwalls, precast forms, scaffolds, barricades, benches and other related duties.
Assists Masons in laying brick and concrete block in walls, inlets, manholes, etc.
Installs fences, fence posts, playground equipment, handrails, guard rails and bicycle and motorcycle racks.

Monday through Friday Position considered as Essential Personnel as defined by UF Policy Drives a State UF vehicle which requires incumbent possess and maintain a valid class E Driver's License.
Position is considered as Essential Personnel as defined by UF Policy.
A Criminal background check, post offer health assessment and hearing eval will be conducted.
Expected Salary:
$15.
00 Per Hour Minimum Requirements:
Completion of ninth grade and one year of relevant experience.
Appropriate vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF LAW.
