This position will create and drive compelling, effective advertising campaigns for all the firm's media and social platforms.
Main objectives will be to increase visibility, brand recognition, and expand client base.
Position works directly and closely with the Managing Partner and COO.
Duties include:
Create, develop, and manage ad campaigns for television, billboards, buses, and radio.
Coordinate and schedule with team and or vendors to produce (and edit) video content for all advertisements including television and radio production, social media, and firm website.
Create Bus Design and work with City and vendors to implement.
Direct and oversee SEO company and evaluate results.
Develop, implement, and manage advertising strategies for all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and other social media profiles.
Set goals and timelines for all ad campaigns.
Create innovative ads and ways to connect and grow client base.
Integrate a cohesive brand across all campaigns to drive a positive perception of firm and build a strong emotional connection with potential clients.
Work with marketing team and vendors on creation and design of newsletters, brochures, and promotional items.
Track relevant trends, competitive activity, and positioning.
Evaluate and correlate ad campaigns with lead flow with intake department.
Qualifications:
5-10
years working as marketing or advertising manager/director preferably for law firm or large company.
Bachelor's Degree required - preferably in related area; an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Eagerness and ability to work closely with managing partner and operating officer on all marketing and advertising campaigns.
Creative, innovative, aggressive, and competitive mentality.
A must win attitude that constantly assesses ways to gain market share.
Strong storytelling abilities and drafting persuasive content for ad campaigns and social media; provide samples of previous work.
Understands key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, content results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the firm.
Knowledge in SEO trends, standards, and metrics.
Excellent creative skills in graphic design, written content, and layout.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Experience in directing, evaluating, and negotiating with media vendors for television, radio, buses, billboards, and SEO.
Proficient in managing large budget PPC campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
Confidence in tracking campaign performance and KPIs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Compensation:
