A qualified candidate will have the following:
a proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to learn various other software programs organizational skills critical thinking and problem resolution customer service excellent communication a high school diploma or equivalent Office Manager duties including, but not limited to:
answering phones filing email and scanning documents making reports keeping documents updated create/use excel spreadsheets HR management duties including, but not limited to:
screening applicants completing employee paperwork scheduling of special events maintaining office supplies maintaining office appearance Previous office experience is a must.
