Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience working the front desk in a medical setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment assisting a high volume of patients on a daily basis.

PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST -
Responsibilities:
Greeting all patients and visitors coming into the office Collecting/documenting patient information in EMR and prepping patient charts Checking patients in/out Managing patient scheduling Verifying patient insurance Answering patient questions and addressing patient concerns Relaying patient messages to appropriate personnel Delivering exceptional customer service Managing multi-line phone systems Complying with HIPAA policies Maintaining patient medical records and processing medical records requests Navigating and updating EMR Requesting/processing referrals and authorizations Applying medical terminology knowledge PATIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST - JOB REQUIREMENTS:
