As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Answer inquiries, maintains customer/patient information in accordance with HIPAA, PHI and regulatory requirements.
o Plan and implements office systems, filing systems and manages customers, clients and sales orders in Brightree, inputs prescriptions in Brightree and is responsible to obtain hospital's approval/signature.
o Generates new patient accounts, compare patient requests and generates sales orders.
The ideal candidate will have:
College degree or equivalent combination of education (High School Diploma at minimum) and experience.
Preferably 1
years' experience in an administrative support role.
Working knowledge of Brightree software desired.
