- General front office responsibilitiesCheck in, check out, referral coordinating and follow up on referral appointments-Scheduling new patient appointment and delegating to physicians-Assist the Director of Operations as needed Minimum Requirements-High School diploma or GED is required (must be able to verify)-Ability to communicate effectively with physicians-Experience in a medical environment, scheduling patients, etc.
-Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment-Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
-Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work-Composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines-Valid Florida driver's license for travel to clinics is required.
