The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance in the leasing office during turnover at a student housing apartment community.
This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in.
Our ideal candidate is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
What You'll Do:
Assist the team with general office administration as needed.
Assist with resident requests regarding the move in/move out process.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by treating residents, vendors and other team members with respect.
Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills Needed:
No specific level of education is required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency Attention to detail Ability to work 32 40 hours per week, including weekends as required.
A flexible schedule of evenings and weekends would be considered.
