The Treasury Director is responsible for the management and oversight of the organizations cash position, investments, and debt.
The Treasury Director will work closely with the Treasurer, CFO, FP&A and Accounting teams to develop and execute short- and long-term financial plans.
The Treasury Director will be responsible for managing banking relationships, preparing cash flow forecasts, and overseeing the Treasury teams security and risk management protocols.
Essential duties and Leads and directs the Treasury team to meet customer needs, achieve financial goals and execute daily operations.
Identifies, recommends, builds, and communicates payment policies and procedures with a focus on customer experience and business need.
Provides maintenance, execution, and improvement of all payments to and from the company.
Ensures compliance with debt covenants, government regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Reviews accounting records and financial statements to confirm compliance with external agreements.
Prepares reports detailing financial activity such as cash flow, profit & loss and covenant analysis.
Conducts cash forecasting across multiple entities.
Serves as subject matter expert for implementation of new products, platforms, or processes.
Ensures an engaging and positive customer experience and effective problem resolution.
Communicates with internal customers to answer questions and resolve problems.
Acts with sense of urgency to respond to internal and external business partner requests.
Maintains proper documentation of transactions.
Establishes and maintains internal controls.
Reports the Treasury teams contributions to senior leaders.
Understands, communicates, and instills corporate initiatives and vision.
PM19Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in corporate treasury or finance required.
Computer literacy, possess the ability to learn various computer-based systems.
Experience with Kyriba a plus.
CTP designation or equivalent preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
