2K a year 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago Description The Meetings and Events Product Specialist will be responsible for managing event-related product inventory, collaborating with product and events teams on event inventory and logistical execution, managing onsite sawbones labs, and assisting with global field event requests.
This role supports Exactech's sales and marketing plans and contributes to achieving overall company results.
Key Responsibilities Serves as specialized liaison between Events & Education team and business units to ensure successful execution of medical education events.
Manages Exactech's Procedural Skills Lab.
Includes, but not limited to, keeping facility in state of readiness for educational purposes and frequently assess updates and changes that need to be made.
Responsible for maintaining inventory of implants and instruments for all meetings and events, including management of documentation for tracking shipments, status reports and restocking.
Leads and executes medical education sawbones and cadaver labs as needed.
Supports global sales reps' and vendors' non-routine requests.
Provides excellent communication to global internal and external customers related to product support and event inventory needs.
Effectively manages multiple priorities, initiatives and projects.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate and/or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Experience:
Minimum one year required in medical device field or event planning experience.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Organizational & interpersonal skills imperative.
Working knowledge of Windows-based Office productivity tools including word processor and spreadsheet.
Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams and multitask.
Ability to travel 10%.
