Summary:
3002 Surveying / Geospatial is looking for a motivated and charismatic person to join our Surveying, Mapping, Geospatial team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with in-bound answering phone calls, assisting with quote requests, and will help us develop a strong backlog of jobs, as a part of the Business Development process.
You must have excellent communication skills (oral and written), organizational skills, and problem-solving skills to be successful in this role.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process and ensure that clients have a successful transition to our services Establish and maintain relationships with clients or referral sources to ensure their satisfaction Monitor and track client progress throughout the onboarding process Monitor client feedback and adjust onboarding strategies accordingly Qualifications and Requirements:
0-5 years of experience in customer service, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Marketing experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite If you don't have these skills already, you will have opportunities to learn:
