Our Customer Service Representative should be able to put themselves in our customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Problem-solving, patience, empathy, and being someone who is passionately communicative are the qualities that should come naturally to someone in this position.
Someone in this role should be confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
It is the CSR's primary responsibility to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and tickets Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, Zen Desk Experience a plus! Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Preferred Skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
