Open Administrative Assistant Position(s):
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing company.
This position(s) will support the firm's essential functions.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
They should have strong organizational, communication, Excel, and computer skills.
Some essential functions of the role may include:
Serve as the face of the firm to all incoming clients and on all office phone calls Assist with all aspects of administrative management and senior management Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities File and maintain the organization system for all client data Correspond via email, phone, and mail Proofread for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes.
Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy Maintain client and internal administrative paperwork and assist management as requested Open and close the office daily Assist with electronic filing process Qualifications, Abilities & Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks positively and proactively under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment Capacity to perform duties accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision Ability to utilize discretion with confidential information Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Ask for help when needed Associates degree or equivalent Experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook 2 plus years of related experience in a professional work environment We offer competitive salaries, SIMPLE, paid time off and health insurance Please email your resume to email protected Job Type:
