As an AirBnB Grounds Maintenance Contractor, you are a key member of the team providing quality grounds maintenance.
It's great for people who have pride in a job well done with high attention to detail, like to go above and beyond with details, giving that extra special touch to ensure guests will have a welcoming & clean grounds experience and want to leave nothing less than a 5-star review.
This position is a weekly visit for each location (may become twice per month).
Responsibilities:
Consistently inspects outdoor areas; provides solutions / troubleshoots any issues.
Resolves client or customer concerns and provides excellent customer care.
Clean outdoor chairs and tables Take away any extra trash that is not allowing the trash bin to close Clean grill and grill grates Keep the fire pits clean & maintained Pull out weeds in areas they should not be (walkways, driveways, etc.
) Clean leaves off of backyard deck, sidewalk, garage/carport and driveway Communication to team with pictures and communicate if property needs the yard to be cut, pressure washing, make sure pool vacuum is working Performs other related duties as assigned Have positive attitude about grounds maintenance Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license Background check required Positive Attitude towards Grounds Maintenance Team Player who can work independently Able to perform traditional Grounds Maintenance tasks Reliable to yard is ready for new guests.
Trustworthy, honest, and has integrity Detail-oriented Take ownership to deal with challenging situations Effective and quick communicator Reliable form of transportation Job Type:
