Course scheduling:
Coordinate course scheduling and related activities using a variety of university computer systems, to enable students to register.
Update courses in the Learning Management System each semester.
Perform Quality Assurance tests of course materials and procedures.
Update UF Course Catalogs as needed.
Assist faculty and instructors with setting up Canvas shells, updating class webpages, and gathering syllabi.
Enrollment Coordination:
Complete tasks related to enrollment, from student application to completion of program.
Oversee registration of courses, coordination of electives, and monitor student progress and milestone completion.
Program Support:
Coordinate the approval process for new online programs and courses.
Connect faculty members with resources and disseminate University-wide information to the faculty and instructors regarding programs.
Work with faculty and instructors to ensure that grade finalization and course evaluations are done in accordance with UF timelines.
Data Management:
Create and maintain SOP's for tasks.
Keep track of data for accreditation reports and tracking.
Maintain Student and alumni databases.
Administrative Support to the Chair's office:
Staff Onboarding:
Serve as the point of contact for onboarding staff in the MBI.
This includes facilitating building tours, coordinating access via keys and GatorOne cards, and ensuring office and IT needs are met.
Office Support:
Provide backup to the MBI L4-100 Office Assistant for mail distribution, office supply ordering, conference room scheduling, and managing facilities and IT tickets.
Department Chair Support:
Provide backup to the Chair's Admin for scheduling and calendar management for the chair.
Provide backup to the Chair's Admin for emailing department contacts and disseminating information from the Chair's office to the rest of the department.
Coordinate with the Chair's Admin to provide administrative support to divisions as needed.
Faculty Recruitment Support:
Coordinate with the Department Chair's Admin and Human Resources to support divisions with new faculty recruitment.
This includes scheduling recruitment itineraries, assisting with travel preparations and reimbursement processes, escorting candidates, and assisting with the recruitment committee meetings.
Administrative support to COARD (Center of Anxiety and Related Disorders) Center and CAN (Center for Neurological Disorders).
General Administrative Support to COARD and CAN:
Assisting with preparation of materials for meetings as needed; attending meetings and taking minutes; maintaining membership records; communicating with donors and members as needed; coordinating with Fiscal and Research Administrators on center-related travel; coordinating with the Department on COARD/CAN events.
Managing seminar series for COARD and CAN:
This includes assigning lecture dates, communicating with speakers, assisting with the preparation of presentations and coordinating with the Department's Public Relations Specialist to market seminars.
Center Pilot Grant Programs/Travel Awards:
Overseeing the process for grant solicitation, submission, review, and award for the pilot grant programs.
Coordinating with Fiscal and Research Administrators on funding.
Maintaining COARD and CAN Websites:
Working with the Department's Public Relations Specialist to generate new posts and update pages as needed.
Other Duties:
Performs other duties and work on special projects as required.
Expected Salary:
$18.

00 Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Ability to work as part of an office team, communicate accurately and effectively with internal and external sources, both verbally and in written formats.
Computer skills for word processing, scheduling, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
