You will have a wide variety of duties in this full-time role.
Accuracy is required and you will be responsible for:
Training and monitoring the performance of ten or fewer sterile supply technicians.
Supporting management in the supervision of staff.
Maintaining reusable and disposable stock levels.
Accountability of daily work production.
Successful candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least three years of experience as a sterile supply technician.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of bacteriology, simple anatomy, hospital terminology and products handled and dispensed by Central Sterile Supply.
Must possess and exhibit effective communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others.
Some computer skills are a plus.
Our Sterile Supply Technician Lead will receive competitive pay between $17.
70 and $21.
15/hour (commensurate with experience) and exceptional comprehensive benefits.
