Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer calls and emails.
Create new job numbers for service calls.
Calculate time and material for service calls for Service Managers approval.
Prepare and send billing/invoices daily.
Identify discrepancies and resolve client's billing issues.
Prepare billing and account receivable reports.
Follow up on all past due invoices.
Maintain maintenance agreements, including billing and scheduling.
Issue purchase orders.
Assist Service Manager with all other duties required.
Provide general support to customers and subcontractors.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills Problem solving Dependable Handles pressure and fast paced environment Capable of multi-tasking of various responsibilities Attention to detail and accuracy Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of billing or accounting-type experience.
1-2 years of administrative experience.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
