Our client is currently seeking a APPLICATION SYSTEMS ENGINEER.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Requirements:
Avaya, Cisco and/or NICE Professional certification (preferred) Must be familiar with Avaya integration and dependency on key components including AES/CTI.
Must be familiar with Cisco integration and dependency on key components including CUPS.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience of working within an ITIL environment Basic data, networking and IP knowledge.
