Requirements:
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting from the Information Technology field 3
years with a Fortune 100 company or 5
consecutive working relationship with a Fortune 1000 company Proven track record of hiring Senior developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers Experience working with at least one of the following industries :
Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Travel, Retail, CPG or Hi:
tech Willing to relocate to Gainesville Excellent communication and organization skills Nice to Haves:
Has connections in the northeast or southeast markets Able to talk to abouthiring metrics IT degree or relevant work experience preferred Worked with or for a consulting firm before Knowledge or familiarity with Agile Methodologies Skills/
