Job Duties:
Hands on leaders needed with good communication skills. Knowledge of janitorial work and supervisory experience desired. Additional training is provided in operation of equipment and customer specifications. KBS seeks those willing to learn, train, and communicate daily with customers and janitorial crew members. Must be detail-oriented, highly responsible, and motivated to run the location. Looking to hire immediately!!!
Hours:
Part-Time, 6 days a week. 6:
00 a.m.-10:
30 a.m. Actual days to be determined by supervisor.
Rate of Pay:
$8.50-$9.50 PER HR; DOE
Requirements:
Must have carpet cleaning experience and some experience with floor maintenance equipment. Reliable transportation is a must. Proven leadership skills and customer service skills are required.
Applicants will be subject to a criminal background check . Upon any conditional offer of employment, applicants will also be subject to a comprehensive drug screen.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
