Facility Maintenance Technician
Looking for a reliable individual to assist in our Maintenance Department. Duties include, but not limited to, general upkeep of equipment, repairs, inspections, cleaning and sanitation. The perfect candidate will possess the ability to identify and repair mechanical breakdowns, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, building systems and automated systems. They must possess strong electrical skills to include knowledge of 480/277v, 208/120v, 1phase, 3phase and troubleshooting of electrical circuits. They will assure mechanical parts run efficiently and last longer by performing PM's and preventative schedules. OHSA knowledge is a plus. Dependable transportation is a must. We offer a full benefit package and very competitive wages. All candidates must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
