Summary:
Setup and operate various bindery equipment, ensure daily schedule is met, and complete daily production paperwork in a fast paced environment.
Job Duties include:
o Primary equipment: Mueller Martini stitcher trimmer, MBO and Stahl folders, Polar cutter, scoring and perf machine, mailing equipment, etc.
o Attend daily production meeting and highlight challenging jobs
o Manage job workflow, quality control and communicate issues to the production manager
o Supervise temporary workers when needed
o Read job tickets, set up/operate/maintain equipment and complete daily production paperwork
o Troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
o Organize jobs to ensure daily schedule is met
o Clean and organize daily
o Communicate effectively with team members and management
o Adhere to plant safety standards
Requirements:
o Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship and final product
o 2-3 years bindery experience
o High School diploma or GED equivalent
o Lift and move up to 50 pounds
o Comfortable using a computer
o Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
o Flexible in regards to shift and work schedule
o Available to work overtimeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
