- HVAC MAINT TECHS
- SERVICE TECHS (HVAC/EPA preferred but not necessary)
- MAKE READY TECHS
- PORTERS / GROUNDSKEEPERS
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months experience in multi-family housing industry
- MUST be able to pass criminal background check
- Positive attitude and ready to work
- Punctual & detail oriented
- Must have own tools for some positions
