LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
Residential Install Division
WORK HOURS (Approximate):
7:00 am - 4:30 pm. Some overtime, evenings, weekends and light travel as needed.
PAY SCALE:
Negotiable (based on previous education and work experience)

POSITION
Summary:
Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing our clients with a white glove customer experience. Supervise the work flow of other installers while maintaining productivity and time efficient performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Valid Drivers License and insurable driving record.
o High school diploma or its equivalent
o 3 to 5
years of previous HVAC Install experience
o Understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation
o Proficient at residential and light commercial installations.
o Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
o Size and draw duct work correctly. Start up of furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units.
o Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams
o Enroll in extra training to further knowledge of the HVAC industry and management as offered by the company
o Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used for job performance.
o Ability to train entry level personnel
o EPA Certification
o NATE Certified (preferred)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
