Are you looking for a full time position this summer? McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Summer Maintenance Technician to join our team in Gainesville, FL!
What does this job entail?
o Working at one of our beautiful apartment communities.
o Helping our world class team by providing top notch customer service.
o Working alongside our maintenance experts to make sure our apartment and community buildings and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
o Joining us until September for 40 hours per week.
Are you what we are looking for?
o You need to have a great attitude and be committed. We work hard.
o You should like working with your hands and have some general maintenance knowledge.
o You must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
o You have effective communication skills and display professionalism.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
