Apartment Leasing Consultant (Aviara Apartments)
Multi- Regional Property Management Company is seeking an experienced Leasing Associates for Aviara Apartments in Gainesville, FL
Position has primary responsibility for leasing apartments and handling resident service issues. Leasing includes responding to telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, greeting prospects, completing prospect information cards, showing apartments and amenity areas, closing the sale and completing required lease paperwork.
Strong Marketing background required.
Previous Leasing experience required.
Position also works with the property team to ensure that all property activities are conducted in compliance with all local, state and federal employment, housing, safety, landlord / tenant and real estate laws.
Qualified individuals must have demonstrated ability to successfully work with people and demonstrate aptitude for sales and customer service.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Drivers License are required.
EOE m/f/d/vEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
