Account Manager

The Account Manager establishes and manages new and established accounts via phone, CRM, and email. Prior sales account management experience is required.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Identify the decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to cultivate the sales
opportunity.
o Research retail and wholesale opportunities that will promote product awareness, use and
enhance market penetration and development.
o Coordinate with Sales Manager the strategic approach that will best assist, support and
manage an active account and new account recruitment.
o Maintain and manage all accurate and complete information regarding account contacts,
account activities and account follow-up via a CRM program.
o Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development
classes.
Skills and Specifications:
o High level of proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office programs and CRM
software solutions.
o Excellent telephone communication skills, email skills and listening skills.
o Able to communicate needs, directives and activity requests to assigned Sales Support
Members.
Physical Demands:
o Ability to sit or be stationary for 80-90% of the shift.
Education and
Qualifications:
o Relevant training and application in Inside Sales.
o 2-4 years of College (will consider work history).
o 3 plus years of inbound and outbound call sales/3 years Account Management experience.
All sales accounts generated are the sole ownership of the Account Mgr (residual sales).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
