Flooring Estimator and Project Manager
Acousti Engineering Company of Florida is a progressive, innovative, and high-growth commercial interior specialties construction services provider looking for a Flooring Estimator and project Manager to join our team.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are a must. Only well spoken, professional, and experienced estimating performers with a proven record of success in carpet, resilient and ceramic need apply.
Must have a valid driver license and ability to pass a drug test, background screening, and be E-verified.
Job Functions:

years of commercial flooring sales experience in carpet, resilient and ceramic (required)
Ability to accurately estimate flooring projects
Ability to run a project from start to finish; take-offs, material order, project management, project close out/punch lists.
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
Must have on-screen take-off experience with above average ability/accuracy in take-offs and estimating
Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office
Focus on corporate, institutional, government, medical and hospitality industries.
Professional face to face customer interaction and sales involvement from initial contact through business closing.
Must be able to work individually and as a team player
Demonstrates the ability to carry productive and relationship building business conversations with end users and decision makers.
Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in gaining market share from larger competitors.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, email, and networking.
Experience with Timberline software helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
