Construction Project Administrator
Acousti is a full service specialties contractor, specializing in acoustical, metal and wood ceilings, all types of flooring, from carpet to ceramic and interior and exterior finish wall systems, drywall, plaster, and framing. We service the General Contractor community as a subcontractor in the commercial markets in our 20 locations located in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Virginia, Texas, North Carolina and Tennessee

A Project Administrators assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of assigned business projects under the supervision of a project manager. Job also includes collections, filing, some phone work and coordination with Project Manager's daily duties. Projects are time-sensitive so multi-tasking and computer skills are necessary to effectively complete daily tasks.
Job Functions:
Setup, enter, and maintain all job and contract related items into Timberline until completion and close out of job
Send proper documentation of job and contract information to General Office
Make copies and file paperwork as needed.
Keep in contact with Project Manager for any updates available.
Call General Contractors with any questions or updates.
Assist Project Manager with any clerical duties.
Assist with preparing bids and contracts for possible jobs.
Create Purchase Order and Material List for material needed for jobs
Professional demeanor
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are a must
Must be able to work individually and as a team player
Great and positive attitude
Working knowledge of the construction industry
Fluent in Microsoft Office
Experience with Sage/Timberline software helpful.
Experience with Quick Bid/On-Screen Take Off helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
