Various other Occupational Health screenings
Education and experience for Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse:
Associate or Bachelors degree as LPN / LVN
Hold current unrestricted LPN / LVN license in Florida
2 plus years as an LPN / LVN
