The Work Leader responsibilities include directing a group of Housekeeping Aids Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Trains assigned lower grade Housekeeping Aids in all phases of sanitation procedures and operations. Directs and evaluates work, giving instructions, provides training, checks work in progress and reports to the supervisor. Passes on instructions at the beginning of operations and during the course of work after has provided such instructions. Reports to supervisor any matter requiring coordination with other crews of organizational elements. Corrects deficiencies or informs supervisor of problems accounted. Recommends both adverse and commendation types of personnel actions to the supervisor. Makes minor adjustments to power equipment and reports needed repairs to immediate supervisor. Responsible for adherence to all provisions of the Equal Opportunity Program in accordance with OPM and VA regulations and established medical center guidelines. Ensures all employees are knowledgeable of and comply with infection control and safety rules. Work Schedule:

Experience:

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
The position is required to do a great deal of walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs. Must be able to perform heavy lifting on occasion. Visual acuity must be sufficient to see dust, dirt, and cobwebs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
